Many years of hard business development, dating from the time where Internet was only available in a deep Swiss Laboratory and when Computers's non US keyboards had to be designed and created. 

When IT sales and pre-sales people did travel the continents with bags full of screwdrivers, spare parts and 3" floppy disks with drivers.

At that time, Gitex Dubai was a modest local exhibition of PCs and printers, and heavy glass monitors had to be shipped to Africa by boats, support on fixed line phones and white on black letters emails systems with exotic names like Banyan or Digital mail.

Over the years, technology has invaded each corner of the planet, IT literacy flourished, and GPS applications plus IOT are  now seen all over the region . Big data and IA will soon follow.

But all this technical developments did not change the fundamental principles of our work :
